Being an executive coach requires an ability to quickly establish a high level of trust with the executive, a clear understanding of the complex issues and needs, and a well grounded focus on enhancing critical skills through appropriate learning and application. Our goal is to assist in bringing about specific changes in workplace behavior and performance that will visibly enhance the value of the executive as a senior leader in the organization.

Our style is a direct but collaborative one in which both the executive and us have an understanding and agreement as to the desired outcomes and inherent responsibilities for our relationship. We see our value in providing three deliverables to the executive. First, greater clarity around the issues and their context; second, increased awareness as to the executive's role in owning the issues and behaviors; and, third, the development of a sustainable behavior modification action plan for the executive.
